Program Description - This program will prepare an experienced LPN (who has a minimum of 2080 work hours as an LPN providing direct patient care in acute or long term care) for RN licensure. Following successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded an Associate in Applied Science degree from their degree granting college.

• You must be a Michigan resident or a resident of northwestern Ohio.
• Please download the Application for Admission to this program, fill it out, save it as a Word document, attach it to an email and return to the participating college of choice with a resume documenting work history including specific dates of employment, hours per week, supervisor's name, and phone number. References are not needed. Review the Application Checklist to make sure you have completed all requirements.

• PLEASE NOTE: When budgeting for this program - you will be registering for all courses through the MCCVLC using the MCCVLC tuition rates, regardless if one of the offering colleges is your 'home' college. Therefore, all courses will be charged at the MCCVLC tuition rates. Those rates can be found here.
