Program Description - This program will prepare an experienced LPN (who has a minimum of 2080 work hours as an LPN providing direct patient care in acute or long term care) for RN licensure. Following successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded an Associate in Applied Science degree from their degree granting college. |
Applications

from January 2, 2009 – April 30, 2009*
*Please note - you must submit an application for each year in which you wish to be considered for admission. Only students who have graduated from a State Board approved programs will be eligibile.
